Option 1: Workbooks
We will introduce you to a range of self-help tools and literature that you can work through with telephone support from a member of the First Steps team.
Option 2: Computerised CBT
We will introduce you to a series of Workbooks that you can save to your own computer. You will receive telephone support from a member of the First Steps team – a bit like having your own personal coach to support you, to help you get the best from the course.
