7. Programme modules
A series of nine workbooks, supported by interactive and voice-enabled content provide a thorough and meaningful programme. The actual programme continues to evolve to reflect the most recent advances in research.
Modules include 'understanding anxiety', contracting for change and goal setting, cognitive-behavioural principles and methods, psychological and physical relaxation, dealing with difficult thoughts & feelings, problem solving skills and relapse prevention.
Alongside support from Mind's skilled helpers, the programme is tailored to the individual needs of each participant, each of whom retains their own 'client-held record' of all materials and assessments. Additional services such as coaching and counselling may also be provided.
