Noticing the positive...
During the coming week, notice a time when you feel just a little bit better. This may be a time when you notice that your physical, emotional, or thinking symptoms are just a tiny bit better than usual. This difference may only be small, but there are always times when anxiety symptoms are just that little bit better. If you’re struggling to think of a time, ask your helper for some help. When you have thought of a time, write it down in detail in your workbook.
