What else helps?


Practise - Whatever we do 100 times, we get better at (this includes learning to feel more calm!)

Straight thinking - challenging and not believing the critical thoughts we might have about ourselves.

Facing our fears - facing up to the things that we're afraid of, and doing them anyway.

Mastery and pleasure - doing things that help us feel capable and doing the things we enjoy.
