- Why do I think this is happening?
- Can I risk ignoring it?
- Might this problem go away by itself?
- Is this my responsibility, or does someone else need to fix this?
- Does this need an immediate fix, or can it wait?
- Will fixing this problem have unwanted effects on other things?
