We hope you recover fully, and stay well long after you've completed the programme.
Many people who suffer from anxiety are able to free themselves completely from their symptoms, never to have them return.
Other people are able to make important and lasting changes in their lives, yet still find their anxiety symptoms return from time to time.
For other people, the symptoms of anxiety become a regular part of their lives, and they find themselves working frequently to manage their symptoms.
Everyone's different, so please don’t be harsh with yourself over the amount of, or lack of, change you might be able to make.
Perhaps, when everything is taken into account, we always do just as well as we’re able to.
