Relapse prevention plan
Anxiety rarely comes from nowhere, though it sometimes feels that way.
Often we have early warning signs that we take no notice of!
The picture on the next page shows how relatively minor symptoms at the bottom of the steps can grow into panic.
It's much better to 'nip things in the bud' earlier if we can, by putting our relapse prevention plan into action.
