What does staying well involve?
Staying well requires both physical and psychological well-being.
Long ago, we believed the mind and the body to be separate. We're increasingly realising how wrong we were. To be truly well, we must be physically healthy as well as healthy in our minds.
Why not begin a programme of exercise, if you haven’t already done so. Exercise helps us feel better about ourselves, and helps our brains work better too.
Remember to speak with a Doctor before beginning any exercise, especially if you've not exercised for a while or are over 40 years of age.
